What ages do you work with?
All children ages 3 and up. Activities are tailored to the youngest age in the group so no one is left behind. We can accommodate mixed-age groups at events.
What's included in the Little Guest Package?
Travel within the DMV, all art supplies, protective smocks, take-home creations, juice boxes and snacks, a meal, cupcake decorating, dance/quiet-time games, and full professional supervision for up to 5 crafters. Add additional crafters for $65 each.
Where do you serve?
Anywhere in the DMV — Washington DC, Maryland, and Virginia. Travel outside the DMV can be discussed and quoted at booking.
How is supervision handled?
Sessions are led by Evie Hicklin (founder, 20+ years with children, CPR certified). Children are supervised at all times. A parent or guardian's phone number is required and kept on hand throughout the entire event.
What about allergies and dietary needs?
Please disclose any allergies, dietary restrictions, or medical conditions when booking. We adjust snacks and meals so every child can fully participate, and we keep parent/guardian contact information accessible at all times.
How much space do you need?
A small dedicated kids' zone — typically a corner of a venue, a side room, or a covered outdoor area. We bring tables, supplies, and everything needed; you provide the space and access to a power outlet for setup.
How do I book and how soon will you respond?
Submit the booking form (or email craftsandjb@gmail.com) and we will reply within 24 hours to confirm availability and discuss specifics. Your booking is only confirmed once we send you a written confirmation — no payment is collected through the website.
