1. About Our Services

Craft & Juice Boxes provides creative art experiences and professional childcare services for children during events, birthday parties, weddings, corporate gatherings, and after-school programs. All sessions are led by Evie Hicklin, an educator with 20+ years of experience working with children and current CPR certification.

2. Booking Requests

Submitting a booking request through our website does not guarantee availability or confirm a booking. All requests are subject to availability and review.

• We will contact you within 24 hours of receiving your request to discuss availability and confirm details
• A booking is only confirmed once you receive written or verbal confirmation directly from Craft & Juice Boxes
• We reserve the right to decline any booking request at our discretion

3. Pricing

Prices displayed on this website are estimates and starting points only. Final pricing is determined based on the specific needs of your event, number of children, duration, and location, and will be agreed upon before confirmation.

• Little Guest Package (up to 5 crafters): from $650 — includes travel within DMV, craft activity, meal, cupcake decorating, quiet-time games, and supervision
• Additional crafter: $65 each
• Extra hour: $95/hr
• Travel add-on: $40–$100 depending on distance
• Specialty theme: from $100
• Bridal events: 20% discount applied automatically

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that plans change. Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed booking.

• Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the event: full refund or free rescheduling
• Cancellations made within 72 hours of the event: a cancellation fee may apply, to be discussed at confirmation
• No-shows may be subject to a full charge

Specific cancellation terms will be confirmed in writing at the time of booking.

5. Child Safety & Parental Responsibility

The safety of every child in our care is our highest priority. By booking our services, you agree to:

• Disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs at the time of booking
• Ensure a parent or guardian is reachable by phone during the entire service period
• Inform us of any behavioral or developmental considerations that may affect the child's experience
• Ensure children are accompanied to and from drop-off and pick-up points as arranged

Craft & Juice Boxes reserves the right to contact emergency services or a parent/guardian at any time if we believe it is in the best interest of a child's safety.

6. Behavior Policy

We strive to create a safe, inclusive, and joyful environment for all children. We reserve the right to contact a parent or guardian if a child's behavior poses a risk to themselves or others. In extreme cases, we may end a session early for safety reasons.

7. Photography & Media

From time to time, we may photograph or record sessions for use on our website and social media. We will always obtain explicit consent from the parent or guardian before photographing or sharing any images of children. You may opt out at any time by informing us before the session begins.

8. Limitation of Liability

Craft & Juice Boxes carries appropriate insurance for our services. However, we are not responsible for:

• Loss or damage to personal belongings brought to a session
• Allergic reactions resulting from undisclosed medical conditions
• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided for the applicable booking.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, graphics, and artwork — is the property of Craft & Juice Boxes and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
